Who we are

What we process

• Company details, figures and project notes you enter, which can include the names, roles and pay of staff.
• Accountant details entered when approving a claim (name, firm, professional body, membership number, email).
• Payment details, handled by Stripe. We only see the payment status and a fingerprint of your answers.

How we use it

To run the check, prepare the claim pack and verify claim files (lawful basis: performing our contract with you, and legitimate interests of companies and their accountants in preparing accurate claims). Project notes are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to draft wording. Anthropic processes them on our behalf and doesn't use them to train models.

What we keep

We don't store your answers or claim files on our servers. They are processed in memory and discarded. Your unsent form is saved in your own browser until you clear it. Stripe keeps payment records as required by law. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs.

Staff data

If you enter staff pay details, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to share them with us and with your accountant for the purpose of the claim, and for telling your staff.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of personal data we hold, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Email ukpcn999@gmail.com.
